Thanks for your comment Vijay. you do have a point there, but I also believe we should leave a very tiny small space for freedom in our dreams, at least the ones we know wont come true, as I’m sure everyone has a set of realistic and unrealistic dreams, we should allow some of the unrealistic ones to be free of all logical rules or boundaries.

Maybe you said it to differentiate them from every other dream you’ve had which you felt did not come true. Similarly how people say ”Done-done” instead of just ”Done”. Shouldn’t ”Done” suffice? It should but unfortunately over the years, it has lost its strength. Maybe the same hold true for just saying ”dreams”. Maybe I’m off base. Either way, keep in mind that lack of comments is not a measuring stick to use if what you are doing adds value to your life/experiences.

Hello Wa’d! We should all be free to dream whatever we want. I mean, if we can’t be free in our own heads where CAN we be free? I dream very often. I love dreaming and even stressful dreams are welcome. (In fact, they’re even more fun to analyse than ”nice-in-field-of-flowers” ones!!!!

I totally agree with you, it is just at certain points in my life I felt that some figures of control wished that they could just control my thoughts, dreams and all... I am sure lots of people if not all have faced this in their lifetime. It is however up to us to defend our freedom...

I know what you mean Ramesh, but, you know, I’d rather dream illegitimate dreams sometimes (and I DO, because I’m a human being) than commit illegitimate acts (which I DON’T, because I’m a human being).

The explanation I gave in my article about dreams having to be legitimate ones in case they come true was somehow an ironic one of how some people could explain whatever you don’t agree with in a diplomatic way. as I said to Vijay in an earlier comment, we as humans sort our dreams into realistic and unrealistic ones; as I see it, realistic ones should be legitimate, while the unrealistic ones SHOULD NOT be realistic at all... Each one of us should give him/her self a space to dream freely disregarding all land rules or boundaries.

My own humble point of view says that not all dreams are executable, the inexecutable ones are the ones to be illegitimate, as they kind of are created in the first place to set us free from whatever goes on in our lives realistically. On the other hand, dreams that could come true; those should be legitimate.
