Discovered cases of infection with H1N1 virus in Jordan are increasing drastically in number; approximating a number of around 100 cases a day. Strategies of dealing with the issue have changed a little bit, as infected people with slight degrees of the disease are now treated at home, while only the severe cases of infection are treated in isolation in a couple of Jordanian hospitals that are handling such cases.
Jordanian citizens are getting more and more worried though, especially after two deaths caused by the flu, although reports came out to confirm that those two cases were suffering from other health conditions, which made fighting the virus a hard thing to do.

It is expected that the first shipment of H1N1 virus vaccines will arrive in the next 1-2 weeks, aiming to get to Jordan before the Jordanian pilgrims head to Mecca; an event that is considered a great threat of spread of the virus considering the huge number of people gathering in the same place at the same time.
Primary Healthcare Director Adel Belbeisi

I had been wavering about getting it for a while but, for whatever reason, the clincher which made up my mind for me was hearing that the USA had declared a national emergency around the issue. I personally could not afford to lose the income from being sick and away from work, should I become ill.
I hope that public health systems in Jordan cope well and that the vaccine is taken up widely by the population.
To be honest, I have decided not to get vaccinated... I heard lots of controversial arguments concerning the vaccine and made my decision. Plus, I have a very nasty immune system, and I have been trying to give it the chance to fight viruses and stuff on its own lately, it hasn’t been so bad so far... I hope it stays like this.
Let me know how the vaccine works for ya, and I’ll keep u updated about my no-vaccine health status :P hope it works for both of us... if it doesn’t work for u, it would be fine, u’ll be short on money, but u’ll be fine... if it doesn’t work for me, I may die, but that’s O.K.,I don’t mind... LOL LOL
