Iraq :

A new wave of attacks has been wavering around Iraqi cities these days. Massive bombings were reported during the last couple of weeks causing deaths, casualties and destruction to the country’s infrastructure.

Chaos Continues in Iraq

It is not known who is responsible for such attacks, as no one is claiming responsibility for them; which doesn’t really make sense as terrorist organisations wouldn’t benefit from such attacks if they don’t claim responsibility in a trial of making a certain point or sending a certain message, especially with the fact that both Shiite and Sunnite cities are being targeted, police stations and civilian markets are also being targeted; which makes one wonder if those are really terrorist attacks carried out by Iraqis belonging to different parties, or there is something else to the story involving other countries.

Am I becoming a “conspiracy theory” paranoid thinker, or is there something really that doesn’t add up in all of these attacks… I find this hard to digest… any ideas anyone?

This is the Iraqi government learning the hard way that the secuity measures used by US forces weren't as heavy handed as they seemed.

This is a tiny small part of the problem Brent.... it is way too complicated, but it starts at the point when some officials in the US government decided to invade Iraq to ”free” its people, and started a wave of killings instead...

Saddam was horrible, but the daily life of the average Iraqi has not been improved since the invasion. In fact, it's been made a lot worse. No regular utilities. Roving bands of militants in many areas. Terrorist attacks on a regular basis. None of that happened under Saddam, so it's a pretty hard sell for you to come and tell me that the invasion is comparable to preventing a rape or breaking up a fight.

No actually I just can’t understand how some officials in the US government claim that they did the Iraqis any kind of good... I just do see it... Oil was stolen, and lives were lost... And then someone comes along and wonders why terrorists are created... this is why...
